His career spanned IT hardware and software procurement, cloud infrastructure governance, enterprise agreement negotiations with global technology vendors, managed services contracts, facility management, multi-city office portfolios, infrastructure build-outs, and employee services procurement — across organisations ranging from large multinationals to fast-growing Indian companies.
He has led negotiations for complex multi-year technology contracts, built procurement frameworks and governance structures from scratch, managed vendor ecosystems across multiple cities and categories, delivered significant and verified cost savings, led office fitout and infrastructure projects from site selection through to handover, and spent years coaching procurement professionals who went on to build strong careers of their own.
